Our event for Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight


As part of Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight Committee  March 29th, Education Alumni chapter @CSUN, we had a successful *Doctoral Dissertation Spotlight* event at CSUN! It was a great opportunity to highlight important research, engage in meaningful discussions, and celebrate the incredible work of doctoral scholars. 

As a member of the committee thank  everyone who participated and contributed to making this event a success!

  Dr. Soraya Fallah has been recognized by LAUSD as an  Everyday Heroes (Shero)  for the 2024–25 year, an honor that celebrates her unwavering dedication, leadership, and positive impact within schools and the broader community. As a committed staff member serving in LAUSD’s Medical Services Division – Wellness Programs, Healthy Start, and the Multilingual and Multicultural Education Department’s Refugee Educational Support Program (RESP), Dr. Fallah works daily to support students, families, and colleagues with compassion and purpose. This recognition, signed by Superintendent Alberto Carvalho and Personnel Director David Greco, highlights her excellence in work performance, school and community involvement, and leadership.
