(Learning Challenges for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) Students With Disabilities)، نووسينى د. سورەیا فەلاح، خاوه‌نى بڕوانامه‌ى باڵاى ڕێبه‌رایه‌تيی ڕێبازی سیسته‌می په‌روه‌رده له زانکۆی ویلایەتی کالیفۆرنیا- نۆرتریچ. به هاوكاريى د. بڕۆنته ڕینۆڵد پڕۆفيسۆری زانکۆ و د. ویندی موراوسکی سه‌رۆکی به‌شى فێركارى له زانکۆی ئیاله‌تی کالیفوڕنیا- نۆرتریچ؛ له‌ دووتوێى 350 لاپه‌ڕه‌ و به به‌رگ و ديزانێكى ناوازه‌ له‌ لايه‌ن كۆمپانياى چاپه‌مه‌نيى نێوده‌وڵه‌تيى زانست و ته‌كنه‌لۆژيا (IGI Global) چاپ كرا.
نووسه‌ر له‌و كتێبه‌يدا كه‌ زياتر له‌ 400 سه‌رچاوه‌ى وه‌رگرتووه‌ و پتر له‌ شه‌ش ساڵ كارى له‌سه‌ر كردووه‌، به‌ شێوه‌يه‌كى ورد و بابه‌تييانه‌ باسى ئاستەنگەکانی فێربوونى قوتابیانی خاوەن پێداویستیی تایبەتى كردووه‌، کە زمان و کەلتووری جیاوازیان هه‌یه، هاوكات ڕێكاره‌كانى چاره‌سه‌رى گرفته‌كانى ده‌ستنيشان كردووه‌.
وێڕاى پيرۆزبايى له‌ نووسه‌رى دووره‌وڵات دكتۆر سوره‌يا فه‌لاح، هيوادارين ئه‌و به‌رهه‌مه‌ به‌پێزه‌ بكرێت به‌ زمانى كوردى و كتێبخانه‌كانى كوردستانيش ده‌وڵه‌مه‌ندتر بكات.
